You can see in the first picture some yucky marks right in the middle from this postcard getting put through the postal machine. It is sad to see someones hard work get ruined. Both of these fabric postcards are from a swap on Swap-Bot. I received them from my partners.

To no avail I have to pick another winner for my birthday give away. The random generator picked Mainer as the winner. An email has been sent. Congrats and thank you for following my fabric postcard blog.

October is my birthday month. I am on the cusp of being a Libra and Scorpio. However I find my temperament leans more towards Scorpio. I will be 35. I find that this year so far has been the hardest for me. My 1st baby turned 15. He will be 16 in January and it scares me to think that he will be driving alone and is almost grown. Where has the time gone?
But let's get to the point!(I know that's what your thinking). :)
I have decided to host a give away in honor of my birthday. One lucky winner will receive 2 crazy quilt fabric postcards in the color of their choosing. I will leave them blank encase the winner wants to mail them to someone. I will also send 2 fat quarters in the winners color preference.
To get in on this drawing you have to follow this blog. That will get you one entry. To get another chance you will have to blog about this give away. Leave a comment for both occasions. I will pick a winner on October 23rd (my birthday). Make sure that I have a way of getting in touch with you. Good Luck and happy sewing.

I was in a fabric postcard swap on swap-bot where you had to send two partners a crazy quilt fabric postcard made mostly of orange fabric. Believe it or not I don't have a lot of orange fabric. I was lucky to find enough in my scraps for these.

I made these two crazy quilt fabric postcards for a swap on Swap-Bot. I don't have any fancy stitches on my sewing machine. It is just a basic model. So I tried to make them look better by adding some buttons, ribbon, and hand stitching.

I forgot to post this picture yesterday. I made these two cards for a swap on swap-bot. The theme was floral. I had to add some silk flowers and a little bling. LOL.

Can you tell the lense was dirty when I took this picture. Silly me I thought why is it hazy when I look through the camera. There were little finger prints all over it. Andrew just too curious sometimes.
I received this dragonfly fabric postcard from my partner. Can you believe this is the first fabric postcard that she has ever made? Bravo....It is wonderful.
I received this fabric in a bag of scraps from a dear friend and fellow swapper on swap-bot. She sent me fabrics for an I spy quilt. I couldn't resist using this for the June Bug fabric postcard swap I hosted last month on swap-bot.

I received this in the mail form my swap partner. She is from Canada. I asked her how she created it. She said she watered down some paints. Then painted the fabric. Very cute. I love it.

I received these beauties in the mail last week from Beatrice. She lives in Canada. Her mother, Doreen, and I are both swappers on Swap-Bot. Doreen asked if I would like to trade fabric postcards with Beatrice. Well, Yes mame. I am always up for encouraging young minds to try new things. She did a fabulous job. I love the appliqued leaf on the monkey fabric postcard. Great Job Beatrice. Keep up the good work.
